Tinak is a motu in the northeast of the Arno Atoll of the Pacific republic of the Marshall Islands .

Tinak is located on the southwestern edge of the Arno East Lagoon and closes this lagoon to the south and west. It belongs to the traditional area of Rearlab-Lab (Baranailïngïn - Malel) . The island connects almost directly to the island of Aneraen in the northeast. She has access to Tinak airfield (TIC) there. Another place on the island is called Rakaru . The reef rim extends further to the southwest and the island of Kilange adjoins it almost immediately .
