The Tippah County Lake is a lake in Tippah County in the US state of Mississippi . Its area is 0.66 km², it has a maximum depth of 10 meters. It is operated by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks .
The lake was created in 1974 for the main use of recreational fishing and local recreation.
Most of the fish species that occur are sunfish , such as blue sunfish and largemouth bass , as well as catfish .
