Tolga Flim Flam Balkan (* 11. December 1963 in Berlin as Tolga Balkan ) is a German DJ and remixer .
background
The son of a Turkish guest worker specializing in the 1980s to house - and disco - mixes . His greatest commercial success was the single The Best of Joint Mix , which reached number four on the German charts in 1988 and number eleven on the Austrian charts . In some countries this hit appeared under the title Pump Up the Flim Flam .
In the 1990s Balkan also worked with the Eurodance projects Maxx and Dolphin's Mind . Today he only calls himself DJ Flim Flam .
