The Tomme au Marc de Raisin is a French Tomme cheese that is treated before it is sold. Ripe tommes made from raw milk are placed in Marc in an airtight container for a month . The dough of the cheese loaf solidifies due to the resulting heat. The marc also penetrates the cheese and gives it a pleasant taste.

The Tomme au Marc de Raisin is a specialty of the French Alps. It is usually made in small businesses.
