Torch is a free web browser for Windows and macOS from the Panamanian company Torch Media, which is based on the Chromium project. The special thing about the browser is that it has integrated additional functions that are supposed to make surfing easier for the user.

On June 18, 2013, Torch announced that ten million active users were using their browser.

Functions

The only difference to other browsers lies in the extensions that the browser brings. The Media Grabber extension can be used to download videos and their audio track. Torch Games offers a selection of free browser games. The Torch Music service provides music videos from YouTube in a clear interface. By Torch Torrent Torrents can be downloaded directly in the browser. The browser also comes with the Torch Player ; this can open videos and music in the browser and also display them if they are currently being downloaded. By Torch facelift , it is possible for users, their Facebook to miss a page own design.
