The Torre Diamante (also called Diamantone , Giant Diamond) is a high-rise in Milan . At 140 m, it is the fifth tallest building in the city and the ninth tallest nationwide. It was built from 2010 to 2012. The anchor tenant of the high-rise is the major French bank BNP Paribas .

The design comes from the architects Kohn Pedersen Fox . It was one of the goals in the urban renewal concept for this " Porta Nuova " district to build ecologically and sustainably . The building is partially supplied with energy from renewable resources. He was awarded the LEED Gold Certificate from the Green Building Council.

The Diamantone was used as the location for the Italian version of The Apprentice .
