Trachee
The term trachee denotes
- in zoology a tube that occurs in insects, millipedes and some arachnids and is used for breathing, see Trachee (invertebrates) .
- in botany a tube for the transport of water in plants, which is located in the xylem of the vascular bundles of higher plants, see Trachee (plant) .
