KK tri-Ace ( Japanese 株式会社 ト ラ イ エ ー ス , Kabushiki kaisha Torai-Ēsu , English tri-Ace Inc. ) is a Japanese video game developer.

It was founded on March 16, 1995 by former members of the Namco Wolf Team as YK tri-Ace ( 有限会社 ト ラ イ エ ー ス , Yūgen-gaisha Torai-Ēsu ). In 1996 the reorganization as KK tri-Ace followed . With the development of the Star Ocean role-playing game series, the company gained a high degree of popularity.

The sound programmer Hiroya Hatsushiba left the company in 1999 to found the game developer tri-Crescendo .

Tri-Ace was acquired by Japanese mobile game developer Nepro in February 2015.
