The two-storey plastered building with a tail gable was built in the second half of the 18th century.

The facade is simple. The simple tail gable ends in a crowning essay.

The back of the building shows a half-timbered gable. A three-storey Kemladen is connected.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 751.
