Fallacy of commercial printing

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The fallacy of the accident denotes a material fallacy from a general statement to a particular one, in which, however, it is not taken into account that the factual situation corresponding to the particular statement does not also fall under the general statement because of some accidental (i.e. accidental, insignificant) circumstance.

The reverse fallacy of the Akzidenz leads from a specific statement wrongly to a general one, which is Latin for a dicto secundum quid ad dictum simpliciter , i.e. That is, from an assertion under the secondary conditions to an assertion par excellence, unconditional.
