Tulum Peyniri ( Turkish : tulum peyniri ) is a Turkish cream cheese made from raw or pasteurized goat milk with 50% fat in the dry matter .

Manufacturing and appearance

The goat cream cheese is traditionally hung in goat skins to drain. In today's industrial production, however, it matures in brine. It has a pure white to slightly yellowish color. The dough has a slightly crumbly, feta- like consistency without a crust and a maturing time of 6 months.
