U-21 European Fistball Championship 2016

The 17th European Fistball Championship for U21 teams took place from July 9th to July 10th 2016 in Münchwilen (Switzerland). Switzerland hosted the European fistball championship for U21 teams for the fifth time. Germany defended their title in the new edition of last year's final against Austria with a 3-2 victory.

Four European nations took part in the U21 European Fistball Championships.

First, all four participating nations competed in a simple, everyone-against-everyone preliminary round. The winner of this preliminary group was determined as the first final participant. The second and third of the preliminary group played the second finalist in a semi-final.

The Fistball U21 Euro 2016 was organized by two fistball clubs. The friendly clubs, Fistball Affeltrangen and FG Rickenbach-Wilen, held the events together at the Waldegg sports facility in Münchwilen .
