UNIVAC 1104

The UNIVAC 1104 was a 30- bit computer system from Sperry Rand , which was developed in 1957 . This was a modified version of the UNIVAC 1103 . The machine was originally intended to be used for the BOMARC missile program. In 1960, when the BOMARC program was developed, the UNIVAC 1104 was replaced by the AN / USQ-20 , also known as the G-40 .
