Ulrich Ottmar is a former German national basketball player .

career

Ottmar is part of the team at USC Heidelberg , which won the first German championship title in the club's history in 1957. The inside player also won the German championship with the USC in 1958, 1959 and 1960. In 1960 he left Heidelberg and moved to SSV Hagen , for which he played for a year, namely in the 1960/61 season.

For the German national team, Ottmar ran among other things in 1957 in the elimination round for the European championships.
