Ulus-Kert ( Russian and Chechen Улус-Керт ) is a village (selo) in the Chechen Republic in Russia .

The place is located in the Shatoiski rajon around 35 kilometers south of Grozny .

During the period of the deportation of the entire Chechen population to Central Asia and the loss of Chechen autonomy from 1944 to 1957, the village was called Trjochgorje ( Трёхгорье ) in Russian . In 2000, Ulus-Kert was the site of the Battle of Height 776 of the Second Chechen War .
