The Prayag United Sports Club is an Indian football club from Calcutta , West Bengal . The club was originally founded as the Everready Association in 1927, but was renamed in 2006 because the club was owned by Chirag Sports Pvt. Ltd was taken over. June 2011 Chirag Sports Pvt. Ltd announced that the partnership will end. The club was renamed United Sports Club. On August 3, 2011 it was announced that the United Sports Club had a sponsorship deal with the Prayag Group. On August 7, 2011, the United Sports Club was officially renamed Prayag United Sports Club.

The Yuba Bharati Krirangan with a capacity of 68,000 seats serves as the venue , while the team trains in the Bidhan Nagar Sports Complex .

In the 2008/2009 season, the club rose in the I-League , and was able to keep the class successfully with eighth place.
