The US Navy Parachute Team , also Leap Frogs ( German "tree frogs") is the official parachute jump - show and Werbeteam the United States Navy. It recruited exclusively from highly experienced US Navy SEALs at least 200 jumps and acts as an instrument of public relations and recruitment campaigns of the Navy of the United States .
