The Universidad Católica Santa Rosa (UCSAR; German Catholic University of Santa Rosa ) is a university in Caracas ( Venezuela ). The college was founded on August 29, 1696 as the seminary of Santa Rosa in Caracas and renamed several times; the current name has been used since October 28, 2003.
