The University of Jeju (official Korean name: 제주 대학교 , official English name: Jeju National University ) is a university on the volcanic island of Jeju off South Korea .
It is one of the 10 Korean Flagship National Universities .
history
The college was founded in 1952 as "Jeju Provincial Junior College". In 1979 the graduate schools started their work. In 1982 the college was approved as a university.
