Avoided / abusive user names[Quelltext bearbeiten]
Hi Leonidlednev, thanks for keeping an eye on LTAs like Avoided.
Please note that the dewiki community has decided to deny Avoided (and other people creating accounts with unacceptable usernames) the attention they crave. That's why the guidelines at WP:Vandalismusmeldung state:
„8. Meldungen bezüglich des Neuanmeldungslogbuchs sollen auf dieser Seite unterbleiben. Neuanmeldungen mit ungeeigneten Benutzernamen können einem Admin per E-Mail gemeldet werden. Sie sollen nicht unnötig verbreitet werden“ -> please do not report abusive user names at WP:Vandalismusmeldung in order not to draw attention to them. Instead consider writing a mail (or irc/discord message) to dewiki admins.
We know that off wiki requests are not ideal, so in practice it's also fine to do neutral reports on WP:VM or WP:AA without mentioning the user name, e.g. like this [1] (simply asking for an admin to take a look at Special:Log/newusers, they will know what to look for). If in doubt, please just post a request on WP:Vandalismusmeldung to take a look at Special:Log/newusers for abusive user names without mentioning them. --Johannnes89 (Diskussion) 17:05, 2.
