History and construction

The Paarma was developed as a trainer aircraft for the Finnish Air Force between 1930 and 1931. Its first flight took place on March 20, 1931. The two-seater training aircraft designed as a double-decker with seats arranged one behind the other was underpowered and the flight characteristics turned out to be poor. Despite improvements made to the machine and the installation of a more powerful engine, no orders were placed. The only machine was damaged in 1933 and no longer repaired.
