The VOG AG is an Austrian trading company with headquarters in Linz . During the First World War was the VOG in 1916 as a result of sugar supply crisis as V ociation O berösterreichischer G roßzuckerhändler.

VOG AG has been a stock corporation since 1991 , previously a GmbH , and now has a total of 12 subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries. Seven of these affiliated companies are located in Austria, the others abroad. Five shareholders from Upper Austria hold the entire share capital of VOG.
