The VZ VermögensZentrum AG is a Swiss financial services provider . It belongs to the VZ Group and is a subsidiary of VZ Holding AG (Zug), which is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange . The VZ Group comprises several independent companies that advise private individuals, companies and institutions on all financial issues and manage their assets. The best known of these companies is VZ VermögensZentrum, an independent asset advisor and asset manager. The VZ VermögensZentrum is financed from fees for consulting and fees for the management of assets.
Services
Private services are primarily aimed at couples and individuals who are 50 years of age or older. The focus is on planning retirement and asset management. The services for companies and institutions are primarily aimed at companies with 20 or more employees as well as foundations and pension funds.
In Germany, VZ advises private individuals on the topics of retirement planning, investments and asset management, private and company pension schemes, real estate financing as well as inheritances and gifts. VZ supports companies with company pension schemes, foundations with establishment and asset management.

VZ VermögensZentrum does not sell its own products. Customers pay a fee for consulting and fees for managing assets. VZ Versicherungszentrum AG operates in Switzerland as a so-called independent insurance broker.

The VZ Group is a financial services group and is subject to the consolidated supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). VZ Depotbank AG is licensed as a bank and securities dealer. VZ VersicherungsPool AG is monitored by FINMA as a damage insurer. VZ VermögensZentrum GmbH and VZ Depotbank Deutschland AG, both in Munich, are subordinate to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the Deutsche Bundesbank. VZ Treuhand GmbH in Munich has an exemption from BaFin for its activities.
