Vahit Kirişci

Vahit Kirişci (born December 1, 1960 in Kahramanmaraş ) is a Turkish agricultural engineer, university professor and politician of the AKP .

Vahit Kirişci graduated from the Çukurova Üniversitesi Faculty of Agriculture . He wrote his dissertation at Cranfield University . He then worked in the Ministry of Agriculture and Village Affairs. In 1995 Kirişci became a lecturer and in 2001 a professor. He worked as a university professor at Çukurova Üniversitesi. In the 22nd legislative period of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey he was a member of the Adana Province . Furthermore, Vahit Kirişci was chairman of the parliamentary commission for agriculture and village affairs in the same legislative period. In the 23rd legislative period he held the same offices.

Vahit Kirişci speaks English, is married and has three children.
