Valentin Reisgen was CEO of KHS AG until January 31, 2009, after the name was changed in June 2010, now KHS GmbH .

He was responsible for corporate development, executives, law & patents, life cycle solutions and quality and process management.

At the same time he was a member of the board of the parent company Klöckner-Werke AG .

Until October 26, 2006, he was also a member of the board of the former group parent company WCM AG .
