The Vendôme No. 2 was a French monoplane from 1908 designed and built by Raoul Vendôme .

description

The plane had a slim fuselage. Elevation and aileron controls were mainly carried out by twisting the wings. The surfaces could be moved in the same direction or in opposite directions, depending on whether the aircraft was to climb, descend or fly a curve. Support was provided by control surfaces above the outer wings and by a movable horizontal stabilizer at the end of the fuselage.

The aircraft was equipped with a 3-cylinder Anzani engine that drove a pull propeller.

The aircraft was exhibited at the Aero Salon in Paris in December 1908 .
