Valve clause

As a safeguard clause is called a restriction of the free movement agreement of Switzerland to the European Union . It is about the possibility of a quota of immigrants to Switzerland . Such a quota was extended by the Swiss Federal Council on April 24, 2013 to April 30, 2014. The valve clause could be applied until May 31, 2014.
