The Verband Deutscher Anwaltsnotare eV (VDAN) represents the interests of legal notaries . It was founded in 1989 as a registered association . The association is organized at the federal level. There are national associations in all countries with notarial lawyers. The association is committed to maintaining the notarial profession. He also represents interests vis-à-vis the legislature , the administration of justice and the public.
