Association of Social Competition

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Association of Social Competition is an association from Berlin that focuses on examining competition law practices and taking action against white-collar crime . Members of the association are various companies from different industries. In 2018 and 2019, the association very often warned influencers because, according to the indictment, they made surreptitious advertising for products. Many dishes in the lower instances often follow the reasoning of the Association. However, there are still no rulings by the highest court on this procedure. As a consequence, some influencers have now marked all of their posts as advertising.
