Traffic attempt
The road test is a temporary measure initiated by the road traffic authority.
The implementation in Germany is regulated by Section 45 (1) Sentence 2 No. 6 of the StVO : “The road traffic authorities can restrict or prohibit the use of certain roads or stretches of road [...] and divert traffic . They have the same right [...] to research the accident situation , traffic behavior , traffic processes and to test planned traffic safety or traffic control measures. "
