Verslo ir teisė komercinė (dt. "Economic and Commercial Law" ) is an in Vilnius ( Lithuania appears) litauischsprachige legal journal . It appears six times a year and deals with business and commercial law , privatization , auditing and banking . The magazine has existed since 1992 and was called "Verslas ir teisė" until 1995 . The publisher and founder is the accounting company UAB “Auditas”. The circulation was 5200 in 1992 and 3000 in 1997.
