Treaty of Windsor (1175)

The Treaty of Windsor was a treaty dated October 6, 1175 between the English King Henry II and the Irish " Ard Ri " Ruaidhrí Ua Conchobair . This treaty provided that the Irish king was entitled to the kingdom of Baile Atha Cliath and the surrounding regions, while the Norman barons were allowed to expand their possessions on the island unhindered.
