Contract-like claims
Contract-like claims are part of the statutory obligations and stand in German civil law alongside tortious and enrichment claims.
These include:
- Claims from culpa in contrahendo - ( § 311 paragraph 2, 3 BGB ).
- Claims from management without an order (GoA) - ( §§ 677 - 687 BGB).
- The contestant's liability for damages - ( Section 122 (1) BGB).
- Liability of the representative without power of representation - ( § 179 BGB).
