Administrative Law Economics

The Administrative Law Economics subjects the public right of economic analysis in both positive and normative aspects.

Formal laws, administrative norms and individual decisions are analyzed using the behavioral economic model of homo oeconomicus as well as using the welfare-theoretical concept of efficiency as a basis .
