Vibroplex is an American manufacturer of morse keys .
history
After Horace Greeley Martin had received the patent 767303 for his semi-automatic Morse code key in 1904 , he started producing it in 1905. In 1915 he founded the Vibroplex company in New York together with the typewriter manufacturer James Eugene Albright.
Vibroplex has been based in Knoxville (Tennessee) since 2009 and has been producing morse keys primarily for radio amateurs since the end of telegraphy in marine radio in the 1990s .
