Vienna Wanderers

The Vienna Wanderers are a baseball club founded on September 19, 1986 in the Austrian Baseball League . Your home games will be played in the Spenadlwiese Ballpark in Vienna's Prater.

The Wanderers A team has played in the ABL (Austrian Baseball League - Austria's highest division) since the club was founded and the farm team currently (2016) in the Regionalliga Ost (Austria's third highest division). Furthermore, a fastpitch softball team has existed since 1996, which was merged with the Vienna Razorbacks in 1998 and plays in the ASL (Austrian Softball League - Austria's highest division).

In addition to baseball and softball, the Vienna Wanderers also offer two slowpitch leagues, a popular sport for everyone.

In addition, the association recognized early on that the future of the association lies in promoting young people. A youth team was founded as early as 1988, making it the first Austrian baseball club. The club currently has over 140 members who participate in eight teams in the Austrian Baseball Federation (ABF) .
