Villa Hall

The Villa Halle is located in Bremen , Schwachhausen district, Gete district, Kurfürstenallee 11. The building was built in 1912 according to plans by Ernst Rentsch. It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1998 .

history

The two-storey, plastered, almost square villa with a gable roof and on the garden side with a large bay window and terrace on the second floor was built in 1912 at the turn of the century in a very clear design language for the merchant Alf Halle. During this time the villas Kurfürstenallee No. 8 ( Oelzweig-Haus ), No. 15 (today Bremer Logenhaus ) and No. 23 (Haus Ritter) were built.

Today (2018) the house is used by apartments and practices.
