The Villa Marie-Antoinette is located in Cabourg , a seaside resort in Normandy that was built from the mid-19th century. The villa at 17, avenue Aristide Briand, was built before 1910. It is near the Marcel Proust promenade .

The villa in the ninoroman style , with wood imitations in the Pays d'Auge style, has a corner tower. Sculpted parts on the ground floor are echoes of the Middle Ages . Inside, the large reception hall also creates a medieval atmosphere, it is equipped with stucco decorations , historicizing floor tiles and a magnificent wooden staircase in Tudor style.
