Vincelot
Vincelot is the title of a series of children's books written by Ellen Alpsten and illustrated by Andrea Hebrock. Four volumes have been published so far.

Vincelot, a small, cheeky knight and his friends, the talking sword Jaber, the Princess Paula and the dragon PurPur fight together against the evil magician Prince Finster and experience new adventures again and again. The focus is on Vincelot, who bravely fights for justice with a lot of wit and skill.
The series deals with the non-violent resolution of conflicts. The idiosyncratic magic sword Jaber only fights "if it really has to be". Vincelot and his speaking sword prefer to solve conflicts with wit and understanding.
