Volei Municipal Zalau (until 2013 Remat Zalau ) is a Romanian men's volleyball club from Zalau . The club was founded in 1948 and plays in the highest Romanian league. From 1997 to 1999, from 2010 to 2012 and 2017 Volei Municipal Zalău was seven times Romanian champion and in 2012, 2015 and 2016 three times Romanian cup winner. From 2010 to 2013 Remat Zalau also competed in the Champions League .
