Full workforce (abbreviation Ak) is a measure of a person's work performance in agriculture .

The performance of a person between the ages of 18 and 65 is considered a full-time worker (1 ac), a young person between the ages of 14 and 16 corresponds to 0.5 ac (two young people between the ages of 14 and 16 therefore perform the same performance as an adult ), a young person from 16 to 18 years of age 0.7 ac, a worker over 65 years of age achieves 0.3 ac.

In the statistics, 220 full working days with 8 hours are set for an Ak .
