Enforcement protection

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The enforcement of protection is in foreclosure common means of the debtor to prevent enforcement under certain conditions.

Enforcement protection can be applied for at the competent enforcement court. At the request of the debtor, the enforcement court can lift, suspend or even prohibit certain enforcement measures in whole or in part. The prerequisite for this is that the enforcement measures mean a particular hardship for the debtor, which is not compatible with good morals. The court must also take the creditor's need for protection into account.
