Vorderbad Braunau
The Vorderbad Braunau is a well-preserved, historical bathing facility in Braunau am Inn , today a bathing museum .
In Braunau there were three bath houses on the Stadtbach: the rear bath for the residents of the citizens' hospital , the Mitter bath for the wealthy citizens and the front bath for the townspeople. From the end of the 15th century there is evidence of bathing operations, and it was closed around 1800. A bathing museum has been set up in the basement of the current building since 2004. Above this is the Braunau am Inn city archive . In all of Europe there are only a few well-preserved bathing rooms from this time.
