Intentional homicide (Switzerland)

In Switzerland, intentional homicide is the basic offense of intentional homicide and is punishable by imprisonment of 5 to 20 years in accordance with Art. 111 of the Criminal Code .

In addition, in Swiss criminal law there is the offense of murder ( Art. 112 StGB) as a qualification and the offense of manslaughter ( Art. 113 StGB) as a privilege .
