Granting of benefits
The criminal liability of granting advantages is regulated in Germany in Section 333 of the Criminal Code. According to this, anyone who offers, promises or grants an advantage for him or a third party to an office holder, a European office holder ( EU official ), a person specially obliged for the public service or a soldier of the Bundeswehr is liable to prosecution .
