WICE Cloud Based CRM (previously WICE CRM Groupware) is a web-based software for customer relationship management from Germany . It has been offered by the manufacturer, WICE GmbH from Hamburg, since 2001.
License and product variants
WICE Cloud Based CRM is offered both on demand as software as a service and for in-house operation on your own hardware ( on premise ). InHouse customers receive the source code and the right to adapt it for their purposes. According to the manufacturer, the system is hosted exclusively in Germany in on-demand operation.
Modules and functions
WICE Cloud Based CRM offers modules for address management , process management, project management, an appointment calendar and a knowledge database for knowledge management . The program can be used to manage sales opportunities and offers. In addition, the program offers the possibility to manage invoices, open items and incoming payments.
The range of functions can be expanded using plug-in modules. For example, the system can be expanded into a customer portal with a customer interaction center .
Awards
WICE Cloud Based CRM has been subjected to the CRM certification by schwetz consulting several times and received 49 out of 50 possible points there in 2011. A total of three customer projects were awarded the CRM Best Practice Award (2005 and 2009 with the company Concept 2 and 2011 with the company A + B Solutions). In 2009 and 2012 the software was nominated for the IT Innovation Prize.
