The Gallup International Association (GIA) is a worldwide association of polling companies that goes back to the American pollster George Gallup .

This close cooperation of independent institutes (including numerous family businesses today) was founded in 1947 by George Gallup. At that time, 11 institutes were members, all of which had already carried out market and opinion research before or during the Second World War . The network currently has 60 independent members on all continents. Gallup International Association's surveys cover up to 76 countries and thus 95% of the world's markets.

The legal seat of the association, which is organized in the form of an association , is Zurich. The global management headquarters have been located in Vienna, Austria since January 1st, 2018.

The Gallup International Association is not identical to the US Gallup Organization .
