WS-Choreography Description Language

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Web Services Choreography Description Language ( WS-CDL ) is part of the so-called WS- * specifications. It is an XML -based language that describes peer-to-peer communications between different web service actors by defining the observable behavior of the actors from an observer perspective (not from the perspective of a participant).

WS-CDL, as the name suggests, is a choreography language as opposed to an orchestration language like WS-BPEL .
