WS referral

WS-Referral is a specification presented by Microsoft in the context of WS- * . Together with WS-Routing , it should ensure that it is possible to define the specific "path" that a SOAP message takes. While WS-Routing specifies a fixed path, WS-Referral enables this to be changed at a later point in time (depending on conditions). By WS-Addressing , WS-Reliability and WS-Reliable Messaging specification was almost replaced.
