The Growth Party (Russian Партия Роста ) is a political party in Russia. It emerged in 2016 from the Right Cause party .

history

In search of an existing party that could successfully defend the interests of "small and medium-sized" companies, the entrepreneur and chairman of the economic committee of the political umbrella organization All-Russian National Front Boris Titov decided in February 2016 for the Right Cause party ( Правое дело ) . On February 29, 2016, he was elected as the new chairman at a party conference. His penetration into the party met with violent opposition from numerous members and a total of 25 sub-associations. Boris Titow won some important entrepreneurs and some members of parliament from other parties ( Just Russia , United Russia ) to work, sometimes even without membership. On March 26, 2016, the party was renamed "Growth Party".

Some former members left the party. In the 2016 Duma elections , she won 1.29% of the vote without a member of parliament.
